February Newsletter

Well we made it through January, and all of us in class are in much better shape than the first class we did this year. It wasn't so much how we looked it was how we all said we felt. I know after two weeks of inactivity I felt slobby and unfit, however I did stick to my promise and eased us all through the first few classes and they were tough to get through, but if you have persevered then you will be seeing your fitness and shape improve fast.

Class of the month
has to be the very first fitness class, my tuesday evening latinofit class, loads of you all turned up and started the year off in great style. It was lovely to see you all.

Client of the month
is shared for January between Carolyn Smyth who stepped out of her comfort zone, and has now added the monday evening step class to her regular thursday evening step and sculpt and Laura who did fantastic full push ups, great body line all the way through. Well done to both of you, keep it up

Office Space.
Our long term tenants have been so succesful that they are having to move to bigger premises, this leaves me with 3 lovely offices to rent. They are either available together or seperately. Please contact me 07779 802110 if you know anyone interested. - Thanks

The gymnastic competition season is coming up quickly and there will be no fitness or gymnastics on Friday 24th or Sat 25th Feb. Wish us all luck, and talking of gymnastics, another massive thanks to those of you who made your marvelous cakes for our interclub competition, we raised over £1,200. Hopefully this will go towards funding our gymnasts for the world championships, fingers crossed they qualify.

Food handouts, I am producing a series of handouts on nutrition for you to collect in class each week. Make sure you get them all. Handout two is on its way. While we are talking food, follow these tips and soon you will find that you are losing the fat, meanwhile -
