Along with some amazing positive moments, I have also had some times of high stress and have really needed our fitness classes to keep some kind of sanity on my life. Talking to lots of you, there appears to be many of you going through some serious stress, and what I feel is really good is that you are using our fitness classes to help deal with the mental, physical and emotional reactions to pressure and stress.
If you have fallen off the wagon with your classes, get yourself back, we would love to see you, and help you get your mojo back. We are seeing some girls who for one reason or another have missed classes for a long time, and its great to have them back where they belong
Client of the month – Well the hero for June is definitely Rachel Holland, Who did wed, Thursday and Friday morning in a row, and didn’t cry, seemed to enjoy herself really. It was a great mix of classes to do, in 3 days Rachel had a great body changing workout.
Class of the Month – THAT Friday class, when Sonia happily said “do something different” So I did! Lots of new ideas came flowing out of my brain, for putting a twist into traditional Pilates exercises and making them extra effective. I love my Friday girls xxx
Move of the Month – This month is the variations we are doing on the Pilates 100, in all the classes. This move is adaptable for all fitness levels and I am really getting to focus on abs this month. Do NOT attend our classes if you want to keep a saggy baggy belly
Gladiator Sandals are all the rage and look lovely, but a little word of warning! They are keeping the physios in business due to being so flat, that women are developing Achilles problems. Get yourself a shoe with a small heel instead.
BAGS FOR SPORT - the gym club as you know is forever finding new ways of raising money and the latest gives you a chance to clear out your clothes, we need bags of good quality clothes, pairs of shoes, belts, bags and soft toys. Please bring them in by the end of July, and we get 40p per kilo for them!

A workout inspired by latin moves and grooves and choreographed by an award winning choreographer,Warmer weather – do not be afraid to workout out with us in the warmer weather. We adapt all our classes to suit, while still making them ultra effective. Some classes have done some great interval work, which seems to be proving really popular.

As I talk a LOT about food, some of you suggested I print out some of my recipes and bring in, the latest I did was a superb lentil curry from Gordon Ramsey, if you would like a copy, message me and I will make sure I bring you in a copy
Final funny - talking in class one monday morning someone who will remain nameless, said that they felt rather bloated and sick, when asked why the reply came “It was fathers day, so I ate all his chocolates!”
